Topical Use

Dilute essential oils in a quality carrier oil before applying to the skin. Suitable carrier oils include Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Coconut or Apricot Kernel Oil.

Apply using a roller bottle, massage blend, compress or botanical body oil as desired.

1 drop essential oil per 5ml carrier oil

2% Dilution

2 drops essential oil per 5ml carrier oil

3% Dilution

3 drops essential oil per 5ml carrier oil

Diffusion & Inhalation

Add a few drops to an ultrasonic diffuser, aroma burner or personal inhaler to enjoy the aromatic benefits of the oil. Essential oils may also be diluted and applied to pulse points for personal aromatic use.
