Shipping policy

All orders placed online with Crest are delivered by The Courier Guy. 

Currently we only deliver within South African borders. 

What is the cost of shipping? 

Orders with a value of less than R1200 will have a courier charge of R150. Orders over the value of R1200 will be shipped free.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Estimated delivery time, 2 - 10 working days. Custom/Personalised order may take longer, 7 - 21 working days. 

What addresses do you ship to? 

We only ship orders to physical addresses (No postal box). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. You will be notified via email once your order is on it's way. 

Can I order online and collect in store? 

Yes, collections are available by prior arrangement. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a convenient collection time. You can contact us at info@crestlife.co.za or call us at 079 130 2982. 

How do I return an incorrect or faulty product? 

If you have received the incorrect order or item in your order, we will gladly exchange the product for you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the incorrect order so that we may process the exchange. Products must be in original condition and packaging (All labels attached). Please email us at info@crestlife.co.za or contact us on WatsApp: 079 130 2982. Crest will be liable for the shipping costs. All returns must be packed properly to avoid damages at your cost.
